Ava Noelle Britt

Ava was born on December 2, 2009 at 11:23 a.m and weighed 7lbs 10oz and was 19 1/2 inches long!!!

The first thing I thought of when they showed her to me was Emily! She looks just like her big sister did when she was born!

She has the Darkest and wildest hair I have ever seen, and BOY is she FIESTY!!! She has a temper just like her daddy!!! LOL Haa-Haa we all know that's not true! She gets her temper from Me, I'll admit it! Oh what she does have EXACTLY like her daddy is her appetite!!!! I swear she EATS 24/7!!! Here are a few pictures of our new addittion! (Ok the pictures were supposed to be Below this Post, but I managed to put them up first and being that Ava just woke up I don't have time to fix it!)

Well, it's been a while since I have posted something to my blog, so I decided to take this time to update as to what has been going on!
Since last I was on, We have moved back to the little house (next to Moms house) and being back in that little house I no longer have internet (that explains why I have not been keeping up with this blog) Being back in that little house has brought back GREAT memories for me when we first moved out here! Believe it or not I LOVE that little house, that is HOME to me and I am very happy to know that is where my 2 Beautiful girls will grow up in and call it their HOME! If Ava is anything like Emily, they will be constantly running back and forth to their Grandmas house! (Especially when they don't like what I made for dinner! LOL)

Let's see, I had a BEAUTIFUL baby shower on the 17th of October and I got ALOT of beautiful Gifts. Stuff that I had forgotten that I would need! and new stuff that I did not even know they made (like Pacifier Wipes in case Ava drops her Paci on the floor!!! Thank goodness Nikki got those for me! She knows me to well!)

Thanksgiving~ Emily and I enjoyed Ben being home for 2 days for the first time in 8 months!!! Yes, my hubby works 7 days a week, and we never get to spend time with him as we would like! So having him home for Thursday and Friday was a great treat for me (even though he went hunting for most of it...LOL)

I already have my christmas tree up and my little house decorated, all I need to do is put the Christmas lights up on the house and do some Christmas Shopping (I will have to figure out how to bribe Ben to do that!!! )

So now I am ready to have Baby Ava as Emily calls her! I will go in for my last appointment on Tuesday morning and then go to the hospital that afternoon for a Pre-Opt (whatever that means) it's probably where they will give me instructions as to where to go and all the paperwork taken care of...and then WEDNESDAY morning have little AVA! Dr. Gray will let me know on Tuesday what time I need to be at the hospital on wednesday morning! Ahhhh!!! I am getting soooooooo nervous!!!! and ANXIOUS!!!!!!

I am getting alittle sad, because this will be the FIRST time Ever that I have spent the night away from Emily...I worry how she is going to do, but Ben laughs and tells me it's me who will be having the hard time being away from her. I have been preparing her and letting her know that I will be gone for a few nights, and I can tell she holds back tears, but tells me that everything will be ok and that her daddy and grandma will stay up ALL night with her and PARTY! She says they will watch movies, and eat ice cream and do whatever they want without me fussing to clean up or not to have too much sugar before bedtime!!! (I just hope my house looks decent by the time I get home! Haa-Haa)

So that's about it...I am just over here pacing the floors, getting everything ready and getting excited to Finally meet my baby Ava! I will post how it all went once I have a chance and I promise someone will post pictures of our new little one!

We FINALLY decided on a name for our baby Girl!

After months of going back and forth (thanks to Ben) and thousands of "I am going to strangle you if you don't choose a name" looks given, we finally decided to name our baby...

Ava Noelle Britt!!!

We can't wait to meet you Ava, and your BIG sister Emily asks me daily when you are coming out! Only 80 more days!!!

Can you believe my little princess is 4? Where has the time gone? It's funny Ben always tells me how big she is getting, but I don't see it (probably because I am with her ALL the time) BUT...When I downloaded these pictures to my computer and actually saw them, it was like I was seeing her for the first time! It brought tears to my eyes! I actually saw her as a little Girl! No longer the little baby, MY BABY as I always see her!

In my heart she will ALWAYS be my baby! She is my heart and soul and I LOVE my little Princess!

Happy 4th Birthday My Little Princess!

Call me "The Snake Stalker"

Well, as you all might already know I killed a snake about 2 months ago ALL by myself! Everyone keeps asking me what kind of snake it was so I took pictures and decided to share. Here's what happened!
I just got back from Sunday Dinner at moms when I pulled up to our carport and my dog Belle was acting funny. I dismissed it thinking she just wanted attention. I got out of my car and took Emily in her room being that she had fallen asleep on the way back from playing hard at her grandmas. I remembered that I left a plate of food in the car, so I went back out to get it...at that point I noticed Belle (our German Sheppard) was sniffing and pacing back and forth to me and her crate. When she got closer to her Crate I heard a "hissing" sound, I looked and sure enough there was a snake!!!! a BIG snake!!!!Well I WAS NOT about to let that snake go being that my little Emily loves to play outside all the time, so I needed to figure out a way on how to kill it! This was about 5:30 in the evening and Ben still had a long ways to go at work, so I could not wait for him to come home. I called 2 of my neighbors to see if they would come over to help, but of course no one answered. So I decided to stalk the Snake for about 2 hours!
I made myself comfortable on Ben's 4-Wheeler and kept thinking to myself "How am I going to kill this snake!" Finally after about 20-30 minutes on the 4-wheeler I noticed the snake was moving towards the side of the house, I then got an idea! If I could get this snake out to the open field I can run it over with my car!!! well of course the snake kept close to the house and was not giving me a chance to kill it.
I then decided to get my hose and hose it off as much as possible and hopefully the pressure was strong enough to move it towards the open field. Well needless to say, it was making the snake mad, but I wasn't making it move towards the direction I wanted it to move, Finally it had enough of all the water that it started slithering faster towards the back of my brick wall which was a good thing because past my brick wall was open field! I kept spraying and spraying until it FINALLY went out to the open! I dropped the hose and ran and got my car and I ran over the snake!!!! Not only once, twice but FIVE times! I wanted to make sure that snake was dead! I decided it was dead enough, but I still was not going to take that chance so I left my car on top of it until Ben got home! By the time I got back in the house to get my camera to prove to everyone back in California that I did indeed kill a snake I noticed it was 7:30! "Pretending to be Daddy"

The other day I was taking a shower, and I heard Emily in our my bedroom, I asked her what she was doing and she said "I am pretending to be Daddy", I thought ok and went on about my shower. When I got out this is what I saw! Funny Girl, she had her daddy's glasses on. I thought she looked Cute!

Emily is going to be a BIG sister!

Well most of you know, but if you don't We are expecting another Baby GIRL!!! We are so excited! Especially Emily, she is very excited to have a little baby sister she can play with! We are still undecided on a name, but we are thinking of naming her either: Annabelle Grace or Ava Grace! She is due December 6th, but being that I will be having another C-Section she will be arriving on either December 1st or 2nd!

Well, I decided to join my sister-n-laws and start a Blog, though quite honestly my life is not as interesting as theirs! So bare with me as I learn all about blogging.
